Device Tracker is provided as an RF utility application to inspect unencrypted, publicly broadcasted Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) advertisements and assist individuals in finding their misplaced personal accessories via relative signal strength indicators.
You acknowledge that Bluetooth Received Signal Strength Indication (RSSI) is non-linear and subject to physical RF attenuation, multipath fading, environmental obstacles, and transmitter orientation. Device Tracker displays relative signal strength and estimated proximity bands. Device Tracker makes no representation or warranty of exact distance in metric units or directional angle-of-arrival.
Device Tracker is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall Device Tracker or its creators be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this software, including lost property.
